Now you might be wondering… what is PAWSwalk, and why does it get such a big festival to kick it off?
PAWSwalk is our largest community fundraising event of the year—and more than that, it’s a movement powered by people who love animals and want to make a real difference.
Participating is easy:
Once you register at PAWSwalk.net,, every step you take and every mile you log helps animals in our care. In fact, for every mile walked, $1 is donated back to PAWS—helping cats, dogs, and wild animals get the second chances they deserve.
Whether you’re a daily hiker, casual stroller, or just want a reason to move a little more, your participation brings hope to the animals who need it most.
Can’t make the kickoff festival on June 8? No problem! The walking challenge runs for 21 days, so there’s still plenty of time to join. Walk on your own schedule, in your own neighborhood, with or without a furry companion.
Head to PAWSwalk.net, sign up, and get ready to make every step count—for the animals who are counting on us.
